Hello! 

My name is Bilge. I am a 2nd year student at Ted University Preschool Teaching. I am from Bursa and I live in a dormitory in Ankara. I am 21 years old. As a person from Bursa, I can say that I loved Ankara despite the lack of a sea. 

The friendships I have made here and the relationships I have with my teachers give me new experiences every day and this is very valuable to me. 

One of my hobbies is spending time with my friends and family. Also, listening to music and sharing the music I love with the people I love is one of the things that makes me the happiest. 😊

I really enjoy being with children and playing games with them. Studying Preschool Teaching was my childhood dream and I am proud of myself for living this dream right now.  

Being together with children and supporting their development as a teacher candidate makes me very happy. The dream of starting my profession in a few years already excites me. 😍

Another thing I love to do the most is to explore new places and try new tastes. Going to places I have never been to and trying new tastes I have never tried makes me feel a deep sense of freedom.


Afterwards, sharing these experiences with the people I love, increasing my memories, and living life to the fullest makes me very, very happy. :)

    WEEK 10 (SURVEY)   • Describe how you developed Survey activity? How did you decide questions/statements? When preparing a survey about sensory organs in preschool, I took care to use questions that were appropriate for the children's age level, understandable, and concrete. I explained the functions of each sensory organ in a way that children could easily understand, making connections to daily life. When determining the questions, I based them on concrete experiences that children might encounter in their daily lives.  For example, which of our senses do we use to smell a beautiful flower? I also took care to use simple and understandable language, avoided complex expressions, and kept the questions short so that children could easily understand them.   WEEK 11(WORDWALL)   1) Describe how you developed assessment tool (e.g. kahoot, wordwall) activity? I developed the 5 senses activity suitable for preschoolers with interactive assessment tools  Wordwall. 1) Visuals and Sounds: I used colorful visuals and voice prompts related to senses to help students better understand the topic. 2) Various Question Types: I attracted students' attention with different question types such as multiple choice, true/false, and matching. 3) Short and Fun: I made the activity fun by keeping the questions short and increasing students' interest with rewards. 4) Feedback: I supported students' learning process by giving correct answers. In this way, I made the subject of the 5 senses both educational and entertaining.
